GP practices
We run 3 GP practices, as well as a number of GP out-of-hours services and other primary care services within prisons.
NHS Walk-in Centres
We run 4 NHS Walk-in Centres, providing fast and accessible treatment for patients.
NHS Clinical Assessment & Treatment Services (CATS)
We operate 3 CATS, providing a 'one stop service' close to patients' homes.
NHS Treatment Centres
We run 10 NHS Treatment Centres, providing surgery and diagnostic tests for some 6,500 patients each year.
Older people
We manage over 50 nursing and / or residential care homes, as well as providing over 120,000 hours per week of homecare to individuals in their own homes.
Mental health
We provide community care, specialist rehabilitation, high dependency residential care, specialist nursing homes and low secure units for 340 people with mental health needs.
Learning disabilities
We currently help 440 individuals with learning disabilities through independent supported living, flexible domicilliary support and active days schemes. We also operate respite support and short break services in addition to residential care services.
Children's services
We provide residential and crisis care, fostering, specialist education and safe, nurturing environments for children and young people.
