Typically our services support people to cook, maintain their home, access their local community, take holidays and attend to essential personal care needs. We encourage people to be as active as possible, and can use creative approaches to access opportunities they didn't think possible.
A personal service
We know that our commitment to providing a person-centred service is fundamental to achieving our customers' goals. We view every person as an individual – someone with their own story, lifestyle and experiences. Our enablers get to know each person on an individual basis to understand where they have been, where they are now, and where they want to get to. This helps us draw up an individualised support plan which is tailored to each person's unique requirements.
