Working in a care home is very personal, because you're working in someone's home. It's totally different from a restaurant or hotel.
There's a lot of options for me as a Kitchen Assistant. They give me the opportunity to do the Chef's Academy and work my way up.
The teamwork is fantastic, and the training we can get is absolutely amazing as well. So whatever you really want to do, you ask and you have it.
