HR

From developing new and innovative courses for our Learning Academy to leading Care UK's rewards and benefits schemes, our busy HR department is an exciting and rewarding place to work. Our team is directly involved with care homes across the country, providing assistance with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, as well as operational HR support.

Marketing

With a rewarding career in our friendly marketing team, you'll be closely involved with Care UK's care homes right across the country. From supporting homes to carry out exciting campaigns to spreading the word about our care homes through local press, national news and social media, too.

Finance

As a well-established but fast-growing care provider, it's critical that we get the numbers right. Whether you're looking for a role in accounts, payroll or elsewhere in our busy finance team, you'll play a key role in supporting our colleagues, as well as residents and their families.

The Hub

Our support team, The Hub, play a key role in helping care seekers to find the care and support they need. Whether you're offering advice, organising support or simply lending a listening ear, this is a rewarding role where you'll make a real difference to people's lives every day.

IT

Join Care UK's IT team, where you'll play a key role in our support centre, providing essential services and advice across our Colchester hub, as well as throughout our 150+ care homes. Whether you're supporting queries or managing our business systems, you'll be making a difference every day.

Property

At Care UK, we have an ambitious and forward-looking growth plan to open new homes and build our business. As part of our property team, you'll help to develop these plans into reality and ensure we stay at the cutting edge of care home design.
