Mary joined our Ladybrook Manor care home on a three-month work experience placement within our Catering team, but her growing confidence and dedication quickly made her a valued team member. Her enthusiasm and personality shine through in everything she does. She says her internship has boosted her confidence both at work and at home - and her parents couldn’t be prouder. With support from the catering and dining teams, Mary continues to inspire those around her. We are excited to see you thrive Mary.

I have thoroughly enjoyed being part of this programme, I feel that coming up through the ranks myself and starting with Care UK at 16 it was really important to show case how we can offer some amazing opportunities. I never knew what I wanted to do leaving school and ended up at University twice before becoming a nurse, I’ve never looked back as I’ve been supported so well.
