Cleaning all areas of the Care Home
Following the infection control regulations and policies
Respecting the privacy of individuals and residents

I have over 14 years’ experience in the care sector, working my way up from a Care Assistant and I joined Care UK in 2016. I’m passionate about working with the team to make Davers Court the very best it can be. Residents are happy and well cared for; it’s great when one of them wants to tell me about something they’ve enjoyed doing that day, because if they’re happy, we’re happy.

I love leading the team to provide the best possible care and support colleagues internally to be the best they can be and develop in the same ways I have over the years to reach their career goals.

It takes the right people to make a house a home and the Davers family are a true family home.
