The role: 

A hands-on digital performance role for someone who is passionate about data, has strong attention to detail, and is naturally curious to understand the “why” behind performance. You’ll maintain and develop reports, analyse trends, identify issues, and turn insight into actions that improve lead generation across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and monitoring key internal digital performance reports, reporting on key performance metrics, including traffic, conversion, audience engagement, online reputation, ad spend and ROI.
• Support the Digital Performance Manager in providing analysis and actionable insight based on care home lead generation performance.
• Supporting the wider marketing team with scheduled and ad-hoc spotlight analysis of care home performance and presenting actionable insights to drive improvements.
• Using advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across multiple digital channels.
• Supporting the Digital Performance Manager with the optimisation of paid media activity and communication with the digital marketing agency.

What We're Looking For:

• Graduate or equivalent by professional qualification
• Proven and demonstrable experience in analysing data developing reports to provide insight.
• Proven and demonstrable understanding of digital performance marketing channel strategies
• Proven and demonstrable understanding of key digital paid and organic channels
• Experience in managing Google business and META business suites
• Proficient in manipulating data within MS Excel
• Capabilities in using Google Analytics (GA4)
• Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities within data
• Passionate about data and has inquisitive personality to find out ‘why’
• Ability to communicate and explain action-oriented insights
• Self-motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to work
• Ability to work both independently and effectively as part of a team
• Ability to prioritise under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional eye for detail
• Professional approach to work
