Are you looking for an exciting new role within our busy Immigration team. Care UK is an awarding winning private care company with over 260 care homes across the United Kingdom.  We are seeking an enthusiastic detail driven Immigration Co-ordinator to join our  dedicated team.

The Role: 

This role supports care homes in managing right to work checks, visa expiry tracking and the end-to-end onboarding and sponsorship of new and existing employees. Take ownership of the Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) process, ensuring full compliance with UKVI guidelines and sponsor licence requirements. Conduct regular audits of sponsored colleagues across care homes to ensure adherence to UKVI regulatory standards. Manage the post-offer onboarding administration for all sponsored candidates, ensuring all documentation, compliance checks, and sponsorship requirements are accurately completed prior to employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for care homes
  • Ensure full compliance with UK Home Office regulations
  • Lead the onboarding of sponsored candidates
  • Generate and issue compliant employment contracts for both new hires and existing employees transitioning to sponsorship.
  • Monitor and audit the ongoing employment of sponsored colleagues
  • Maintain accurate records for sponsored colleagues in line with Home Office
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on immigration compliance and best practice.
  • Assist with internal audits 
  • Coordinate the management of a shared team inbox, ensuring timely allocation, resolution, and response to incoming communications.
  • Ensure all colleagues have valid right to work status with accurate visa tracking and system updates, and complete ECS checks for individuals with pending visa applications to maintain legal compliance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of UK immigration and sponsorship regulations
  • Experience in care sector compliance 
  • Knowledge of RTW processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
