Learning & Development Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic Coordinator to join our vibrant and dedicated Learning & Development team.

The Role: To support all elements of Learning and Development to ensure colleagues can receive fulfilling careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting with bookings for delegates and team members
• Creation of training slides, updating slides, creating presentation slides
• General communications for delegates and the business
• Working with Internal comms and social media team
• Helping with Survey creation and collating of data
• Supporting the team with getting reports together using templates and Excel sheets
• Gathering data and adding to Excel for analysis
• Helping arrange meetings and events
• Supporting with colleagues recognition and reward for completion of learning
• Helping keep the internal Intranet up to date
• Helping with updating documents across the department
• Working with teams across the support centre and Op’s to gain feedback and information for courses.
• Keeping a budget tracker
• Occasional support with the Learning Mgt System & compliance

• Experience of Bookings/events
• Communication in large businesses
• Creation of reports / excel
• Happy to travel from time to time
