The role: As Project Manager, you will lead a range of high-profile projects, from the commissioning of new care homes and integration of acquisitions to delivering transformational change programmes, systems implementations, and process improvements across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Director in managing the new build commissioning programme, ensuring all projects are delivered in line with statutory requirements, company directives, policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Support the delivery of allocated change, acquisition, integration, and divestment projects, including the implementation of new systems and processes.
  • Demonstrate and promote Care UK's core values at all times, ensuring equality, diversity, and inclusion principles are upheld across all activities.
  • Lead by example, setting high personal and professional standards that inspire and motivate others.
  • Build and maintain effective communication channels, ensuring clear, timely, and consistent messaging across the Project Portfolio Management Team (PPMT) and wider business.
  • Prepare and present project reports, business updates, and presentations for senior stakeholders, including members of the Executive Team, when required.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate escalation and mitigation plans are in place.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven ability to successfully manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of the regulatory frameworks and governing bodies that oversee care homes across the UK.
  • Strong time management and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.
