At Care UK's Sherwood Grange in Kingston Vale, Greater London, providing the highest standard of care for residents is at the heart of what we do. As part of our friendly team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your career and the support to go far.
Our team works in a purpose-built care home with a family atmosphere. We provide residential care and expert dementia care with fantastic facilities for residents, including a contemporary coffee shop, a cinema and a hair salon, as well as plenty of garden space for residents to grow vegetables and flowers.
We truly believe that every one of us makes a difference. If you're a passionate, caring individual who works well in a team, consider a rewarding career at Sherwood Grange.
Join our team and you'll have the chance to get creative in the kitchen while cooking up nutritious, well-balanced meals that have a direct impact on residents’ health and wellbeing.
Many catering colleagues join us from restaurants or hotels where they’re used to working long hours late into the night. In a care home, you’ll work more sociable hours, and you’ll also have the opportunity to build relationships by getting to know residents and their tastes and preferences. This is a role where you can really make a difference.

A closely-knit team of managers, carers, nurses and support colleagues – and each of us is dedicated to your loved one’s care, health and wellbeing.
I joined Care UK in 2014 because it has a reputation for having a clear vision of the high-quality care it aims to provide. It also helps its people to do their best work. All of that was very similar to my own professional values.
I am a family-orientated person and, outside of work, love spending quality time with my loved ones. I am a keen traveler and love exploring foreign countries, where I learn and experience other cultures.
As a Home Manager, you need to be available for residents, their families and your colleagues at any time. It’s a big responsibility but also a huge privilege. My favourite part of the day is interacting with residents, being able to share their special moments and learn from their wisdom.
My ambition is to lead the Sherwood Grange team by example, by putting quality first in everything we do for residents and their families, and to be the care provider of choice in the community.Kristina Jacunskiene Home Manager
