I joined Care UK in 2008 as a qualified registered nurse at Pinetum care home in Chester, and progressed to Clinical Lead, Night Nurse Manager, and in August 2019 to Home Manager. In 2023, I was fortunate to be able to step in as a Home Manager covering for maternity leave.at a new Care UK care home, Oxbow Manor.
