Trusted to care

A closely-knit team of managers, carers, nurses and support colleagues – and each of us is dedicated to your loved one’s care, health and wellbeing.

I’m a registered general nurse with a Level 5 Diploma in Management, and I’ve spent my career focused on delivering the highest standard of care. Before joining Seacroft Green, I worked as a Home Manager, leading teams and supporting residents to live fulfilled, comfortable lives.

As a manager, patience and understanding are essential – not only for meeting the needs of residents and their families but also for supporting staff to do their best work. I always aim to listen, problem-solve and create an environment where everyone feels valued and respected.

One of my biggest career highlights was managing a home in Bradford and helping it to turn achieve a ‘Good’ CQC rating, as well as Gold Standards Framework accreditation. It was a proud moment and a real team achievement.

My favourite part of the day is my walkarounds with my dogs, Dexter and Rio. They’re much loved by residents, and it’s wonderful to see how much joy they bring – they never fail to brighten everyone’s day.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing badminton, taking long walks with Dexter and Rio, and going out for a nice meal with friends and family.
