Quality Reporting Analyst

We are looking for a Quality Reporting Analyst who can support the Shared Services Hub team delivering a professional, friendly and efficient service to our care homes and ready to take the lead in shaping the future of care? The role: The Quality Reporting Analyst is responsible for building excellent working relationships with internal key customers and supporting with administrative and reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support in the day-to-day maintenance and updating of spreadsheets and information systems
• The ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Collate and distribute data and information from our services and External sources when appropriate
• Be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work
• Ability to use your own initiative
• An effective communicator, both verbally and written
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and react to business-critical requests appropriately

What We're Looking For:

• Strong administrative skills
• A good knowledge of creating spreadsheets within Excel
• Knowledge of gathering data and producing reports
