Are you a dynamic and organised Learning & Development Coordinator ready to take the lead in shaping the future of care? We are seeking an enthusiastic Apprenticeships & Learning & Development Coordinator to join our vibrant and dedicated Learning & Development team.

The Role: To support learners in the homes to gain the right qualifications at the right time and support L&D in coordinating various projects to support the Learning and Development of all colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support with the delivery of the Apprenticeship and wider L&D strategy.
  • To be able to work both on general co-ordinator and apprenticeship tasks.
  • To help colleagues gain the right qualifications at the right time.
  • To work with Subject Matter Experts, Operators and Suppliers to maximise the use of the Levy funding
  • Support colleagues to achieve their qualifications in a timely and supported manner.
  • Use various systems to manage the apprenticeship funding account, nominations process, suppliers systems and internal systems to keep accurate records.
  • To help with all promotion, nominations, queries and needs of learners and supporting homes.
  • Creating and communicating reports and key trends to aid operators knowledge of their colleagues on programme and to enable strategic decisions.
  • Support with funding opportunities for colleagues such as the LDSS, or other funding options
  • To support the L&D team with tasks related to other areas such as Performance Reviews, Inductions, events, training co-ordination if required.
  • To promote apprenticeships and drive engagement through webinars, sharing resources and raising awareness of the opportunities available to the colleagues

What We're Looking For:

  • Evidence of continuous professional development
  • Experience working in a Support function role
  • Knowledgeable with Data analysis
  • Able to travel to our homes
