I bring over four decades of dedicated experience to my role. Having qualified as a nurse in 1982 in Salford, Lancashire, my journey in the healthcare sector has been marked by a commitment to excellence.

In 1987, I moved from Manchester to the Fylde Coast, providing compassionate care. My passion for delivering top-notch care is evident in my belief in creating a "happy place" where residents are treated with the utmost dignity and respect.
