I have worked in the care industry for 16 years and am deeply passionate about supporting older people to live their lives to the fullest, on their own terms. With a strong resident-led approach, I am committed to creating a home where every individual feels respected, empowered, and part of a family.
A naturally positive person, I thrive on helping both residents and staff achieve their goals, offering encouragement and support every step of the way. For me, care is not just a job - it’s an extension of home, and everyone within it is treated like family.
