Hub Administrator

The Role: The Hub Team is a crucial part of the Shared Services Department.
Their primary goal is to deliver a friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable service to our Care Homes and Central Support Colleagues. The Hub is the first point of contact for our Care Homes, supporting them with day-to-day queries, routine tasks, and business critical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• To always be friendly, approachable, and supportive on every call and email remaining professional, regardless of the nature of the call.
• To resolve as many queries as possible in the team before escalating to a specialist.
• To have the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Building excellent internal relationships.
• Ability to work on your own initiative.
• For achieving Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and react to business-critical requests appropriately.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport easily.
• Competent in using Microsoft systems
• Able to provide excellent customer service
