A closely-knit team of managers, carers, nurses and support colleagues – and each of us is dedicated to your loved one’s care, health and wellbeing.
I’ve worked in care for nearly two decades. I started out as a Care Assistant, but have been in management roles for nearly ten years. I joined Care UK because I was keen to find a new challenge. I’d been hearing a lot about the company and I liked the look and feel of the home when I first looked around.
In my role it’s important to listen and support your team, residents and family members. You need to be proactive and think outside the box. I enjoy helping the team to progress in their careers while ensuring that they’re delivering the best quality care. Above all, I believe that Marlet Manor is going great things and has huge potential thanks to our brilliant, hard-working team.
