I am qualified in leadership and management training as well as health and social care, and my previous experience has prepared me to be a good match as home manager. You need to be a ‘Jack of all trades’ as the role is very varied and often requires quick problem solving skills. I am able to put myself in the shoes of a resident or relative and respond appropriately.Debbie WheelerHome Manager
