A closely-knit team of managers, carers, nurses and support colleagues – and each of us is dedicated to your loved one’s care, health and wellbeing.
I’m a qualified Registered General Nurse and before I joined the team at Jubilee House, I was working at Care UK’s Mountbatten Grange care home in Windsor.
I come from Poland originally, which is where I did my training, and I initially worked in orthopaedics as well as in emergency care. When I moved to the UK I moved into social care. It was my first experience of it, but I haven’t looked back. I’ve discovered my dream career!
I love Care UK’s ‘fulfilling lives’ ethos: I truly believe that moving into a care home is an opportunity for residents to live life to the full, with care and support. I see it as the start of an exciting new phase of life, and it’s wonderful to see the positive effects of what we do, and how we make people happy.Malgo Wcislo Home Manager
