Welcome to Jubilee House

Jubilee House provides ‘outstanding’-rated residential dementia and nursing dementia care, and sensitive end of life care.

When your loved one moves into our care home in Godalming, we find out all we can about their experiences, interests, likes and dislikes. Everything we learn goes into a life story book, which helps us to plan activities and entertainment that they’ll love. We also produce detailed care plans that include everything from your loved one’s preferred routines to their medication, dietary needs, sleep patterns and mobility.

Jubilee House residents are fully involved in decisions around their care and how they would like to spend their day. They decide everything, including the time they want to get up, what they want to wear and eat, and the activities they’d like to do.

I love Care UK’s ‘fulfilling lives’ ethos: I truly believe that moving into a care home is an opportunity for residents to live life to the full, with care and support. I see it as the start of an exciting new phase of life, and it’s wonderful to see the positive effects of what we do, and how we make people happy.

What others have to say

Here are just some of the comments we’ve received from family, friends and residents at Jubilee House care home.

They always keep us updated in any changes, can always ask questions too. Have face timed some of the staff and understand my father’s needs and have seen this and he is happy with his care and support.

Relative of a resident, April 2021

My mother has been in other homes, which I thought was good, but care at Jubilee House has been exemplary. Satisfied many levels such as communication, staff are professional. Never smells, has a good atmosphere. No drama, room is marvellous. So well looked after.

Relative of a resident, April 2021

I was thrilled to read that Jubilee House had received an OUTSTANDING report from the CQC. No nursing home deserves it better than you, and I know that from personal experience over the two-year period that my late husband Mick was in their wonderful care. Your team are absolutely fabulous!

Betty Adams, September 2020

I quite regularly get phone calls, even regarding minor things such as changes in her medication so I feel well informed. If I have ever noticed anything; for example, she was anxious on her current medication, I told the staff and they changed her medication.

Mr B L, Relative of a resident, November 2019

Anything that has happened they contact me, they listen to what I’ve got to say and it’s been helpful to them.

Mrs. P. C, Relative of a resident, July 2019
