Welcome to Jubilee House

Jubilee House provides ‘outstanding’-rated care for those living with dementia, including residential dementia and nursing dementia care, and sensitive end of life care.

When your loved one moves into our care home in Godalming, Surrey, we find out all we can about their experiences, interests, likes and dislikes.

We also produce detailed care plans that include everything from your loved one’s preferred routines. Jubilee House residents are fully involved in decisions around their care and how they would like to spend their day. They decide everything, including the time they want to get up, what they want to wear and eat, and the activities they’d like to do.

We are proud to be accredited with the Gold Standards Framework Care Homes Programme. This demonstrates our skill and commitment to delivering high quality, person-centred care to residents at the end of their life.

My loved one really enjoys her food, and the food is delicious! They provide well-balanced, nutritional food for different tastes and needs… some residents can only eat soft food, and they even make this tasty and interesting. There's always a good choice, and they will make something special for anyone who doesn't like the menu that day. They're brilliant!

Everyone is always so welcoming when I visit, and when I ask about my loved one's health they are well informed. They send regular emails with updates and invites for meetings… I'm informed about what activities and special occasions are happening and invited to join in. Communication is excellent... proactive on their part.

They have to do everything for our loved one as she has advanced dementia... wash her, feed her, everything. They are incredibly kind and caring, totally aware of all the different issues the residents have, some of which can be extremely challenging and difficult to manage. They do right by my loved one. They are very good.
