I have almost 20 years’ experience of working in health and social care. I’ve worked for the Care Quality Commission, and as a Care Coordinator, home Support Officer and as a General Manager. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Health & Social Care and have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management. I am a dementia pioneer and a mentor in mental health.
Prior to joining Metchley Manor I was a regional support manager for a large care provider covering residential dementia, general nursing, palliative care and younger adults with enduring mental health.
I’m passionate about putting residents at the heart of everything we do here at Metchley Manor. For me, it’s all about person-centred care and ensuring every day is special for each person we care for.
I feel very privileged to be able to share my experience with such a great team and to lead the way in delivering an exceptional service to residents and their families.
