I started out as a Senior Carer and have worked my way up the ladder. I joined Care UK in 2018 because I was keen to develop my skills in a forward-thinking organisation that’s committed to delivering superb care, and which supports its colleagues to progress.

What makes this job for me is spending time with residents and seeing them happy and enjoying life. When residents are enjoying the activities there’s a real buzz about the place.

I’m extremely proud to be Home Manager at Francis Court and to be working with the great home team here. I’m looking forward to working with the team and look ahead to brighter times and new possibilities, and working hard to gain an ‘outstanding’ rating from the CQC!
