Trusted to care

A closely-knit team of managers, carers, nurses and support colleagues – and each of us is dedicated to your loved one’s care, health and wellbeing.

After moving to England in 2008 I started work as a Carer for Care UK. The company offered a platform to deliver outstanding and person-centered care, alongside career progression opportunities.

I started as a Care Assistant, before working my way up first as a Team Leader, before doing my nursing training and becoming a Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, before taking over as Home Manager.

My favorite part of each day is getting to spend time with the residents, chatting and having a laugh. Also, working with the other colleagues as a team towards a goal and being able to achieve it.

The support is available within Care UK and I thoroughly enjoy being a Home Manager.
