This is a pivotal role with significant operational visibility and well as the opportunity to design, develop and implement new frameworks as well as offering long term career opportunities.

What we are looking for:
- Experience and proven success in a reward-centred role within a complex, multi-site, or service-driven organisation.
- Loves to make a difference.
- l Implementation success
- Driving change in designing pay frameworks, job evaluation, and pay/benefit structures.
- Winning hearts and minds
- Highly analytical with a strategic mindset.
- Knowledge of Willis Tower Watson or Korn Ferry
