Each of our new care homes in Suffolk provides a wide range of quality 24-hour care, from residential and nursing care to short term respite care and specialist care for people living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
They also provide an impressive level of comfort, with en-suite bedrooms and bistro-style dining areas. What’s more, each home has its own cinema, hair salon and coffee shop as well as lovely secure landscaped gardens.
Adjacent to each of our new Suffolk care homes is a day care centre – what we’re calling a day club. These are designed to give older people who are still living in their own homes a place in their local community where they can enjoy a change of scene, a chance to meet new people and to enjoy doing varied activities.
While they’re with us their family carers have much-needed time to themselves, knowing that their loved one is in the safest hands. All our day care centre teams are experienced carers able to care for older people who are living with dementia.
Currently the day clubs are helping to support relatives visiting loved ones in our residential care homes.
