I’ve been with Care UK for over 20 years and in my current role I work with colleagues on the executive team to ensure we are staying focused on both our short and long term strategic priorities. I’m also responsible for all major projects, including new home openings. We’re opening more than 30 new homes over the next five years – which is an unusual level of growth for our sector and means an exciting time ahead for my team.
I always pursue the highest possible standards and have the humility to aim to recognise where improvements can be made. I’m dedicated to ensuring that we learn quickly as an organisation and always respond in the best way to changing needs. I’m unwavering in my commitment to our homes’ clinical standards and how they’re monitored by the CQC. Given the talent, commitment and vision that we have as a company, we genuinely have the chance to break the residential care mould and develop flexible services that reflect individual choice.
