Knebworth hosted a pamper day for its male residents in celebration of International Men’s Day.
The team at Knebworth invited two local barbers, Chaz Francis and Aiden Ekram, to take over the care home’s salon for the morning. The team offered cuts, trims and shaves to the men living at the home.
Afterwards, residents took part in fun games and quizzes, before settling down with a beer to watch some of the residents’ favourite films.
Knebworth home manager, Vera Moreira-Henocq, said: “Here at Knebworth, we wanted to take the time to celebrate International Men’s Day by treating the male residents to a real ‘men’s day’ and give them a bit of pampering!
“All the residents had a brilliant day and are all looking very sharp! I’d like to thank Chaz and Aiden for helping us celebrate the day and hope to welcome them back to the home in the future.”
