Mum was being looked after with compassion and dignity, which gave us enormous comfort during what has been a very difficult time for our family. Throughout her time with you, the team has showed such dedication, professionalism, and genuine warmth. When Mum first joined the care home, the activities programme made such a positive difference to her overall wellbeing.
