Andreea Tiple

Home Manager

Andreea Tiple

As Home Manager at Galsworthy House, I am passionate about creating a warm, safe, and person-centred environment where every resident is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.

I believe that truly high-quality care comes from understanding each individual’s unique story, preferences, and needs, and ensuring that care is not only safe, but meaningful and fulfilling. I am equally committed to supporting and developing my team, fostering a culture of openness, kindness, and continuous learning.

By empowering staff and promoting reflective practice, I aim to build a strong, confident team that delivers exceptional care. My role is driven by a genuine desire to make a positive difference, ensuring that Galsworthy House feels like a true home for those who live and work here.

Mariska Rhodes
Mariska Rhodes
Deputy Manager

I have worked in a range of care settings, supporting people with different needs. Through my experience, I have developed a genuine passion for helping others and making a positive difference in their day-to-day lives. I enjoy building trust with the people I support and always aim to treat everyone with dignity, respect, and kindness.

Working in different environments has helped me grow in confidence and understand how important it is to provide person-centred care. I’ve learned to be patient, adaptable, and a good listener, which allows me to support individuals in a way that suits them best.

I chose to work in a care home because I value the opportunity to build strong, meaningful relationships with residents. I find it really rewarding to be part of their daily lives, offering both support and companionship. For me, it’s not just about care tasks it’s about making people feel safe, valued, and at home.

Our experienced teams

Every day Care UK colleagues live our values of passionate, caring and teamwork to empower residents to enjoy fulfilling lives.

Carers

Our hardworking teams always keep individuals and their families at the heart of the care they provide. We work with you to shape the care your loved one receives, the food they’re served, the activities and experiences they want to do – even the ways they prefer to keep in touch with their friends and family.

Nurses

The nurses at Care UK are highly skilled and receive sector-leading training, which enables them to keep developing expertise in different clinical fields from dementia to palliative care.

Lifestyle

Our dedicated lifestyle teams work hard to organise a range of activities and events at our home. From gardening and baking to quizzes, music sessions and even live entertainment. Above all, we get to know your loved one to make sure our activities are tailored to suit their interests and hobbies.

Home support roles

From catering to maintenance, housekeeping to administration, our home support teams play a crucial part in ensuring individuals enjoy an exceptional and safe service every day.

All our teams get to know each person they care for to ensure they provide a service that’s designed around their unique needs and tastes.

Infection control

Every colleague receives training in infection prevention and control as part of their induction and updates regularly through online and in-person learning. Our dedicated IPC Champions in each home help embed safe working practices and raise awareness of hygiene standards.
