Paisley Court care home win internal award

Earlier this month the RCS (Residential Care Services) Awards took place, an internal awards ceremony which was open to Care UK’s 110 care homes, nursing homes and day and wellbeing centres across the country. The Paisley Court team were fortunate enough to be put forward for the Colleague Engagement award, a category which represents the most impressive performance in a care home or day centre/or delivered by a colleague or team in a field or support role.

The Paisley Court team were nominated by a colleague who thought they would be a worthy winner. He said: “The whole team at Paisley Court work extremely hard as a group to provide the very best care to residents. Their residents have highly complex care needs and everyone is focused on ensuring the residents are able to enjoy each day.”

Paisley Court subsequently won the Colleague Engagement award, fending off strong competition from Care UK’s other care homes, nursing homes and day and wellbeing centres across the country.
