Planning for your loved one’s future care? Foxbridge House offers free advice

Home news

Foxbridge House is inviting the local community to its Planning Care for the Future event for families considering care for a loved one.

On Wednesday 28th November, from 2pm - 4pm, Foxbridge House is inviting local people to talk about the number of funding options available for long-term care with independent financial experts.

Independent specialists Kieron Robertson, from Concierge Wealth Management and Jeremy Wilson, from Clarkson, Wright and Jakes Solicitors, will be on hand to give local people professional advice and guidance about funding long-term carefor their loved one – whether it’s in their own home or in a care home. Kieron and Jeremy will also discuss legal matters such as wills and Power of Attorney.

After the event there will be a Q&A session, and those who attend will also have the opportunity to meet the friendly team at Foxbridge House and take a tour of the care home.

Foxbridge House home manager, Carol McCormack, said: “We know how difficult it can be for people moving their loved one into a care environment, and there is a lot to consider. Here at Foxbridge House, we want to make the process as stress-free as possible and provide families with the tools they need to make an informed decision when the time comes.

“We regularly host free advice events at the care home, however this is the first time we’ve held a financial support event in this format – so we’re really hoping local people will take advantage of this independent service on offer.”
