All welcome for sneak peek at Hythe’s new multi-million pound care home

A new care home in Hythe is inviting the local community to celebrate its completion with an exclusive first look inside the purpose-built facilities.

Carpathia Grange care home, on Southampton Road, is opening its doors on Friday 22^nd, Saturday 23^rd and Sunday 24^th November, to give local people the opportunity to take a closer look at the brand new home.

From 10am-4pm, members of the public can drop in to meet the team and take a tour around the new care home, which comes complete with its own cinema, hair salon and café, and will provide full-time residential, nursing and specialist dementia care for up to 62 residents.

Home manager at Carpathia Grange, Ray Arnold, said: “We can’t wait to invite people to have a sneak preview of our new home. The open days will allow visitors to take a look around Carpathia Grange’s facilities and talk to the team, while also getting an insight into what day-to-day life will be like here. This is a great opportunity for local people to get a feel for our home, and find out more about the kind of activities that will be on offer, our cuisine and much more.

“We are very proud of how the home has been designed, and every last detail has been considered to create a high-quality, luxury environment. Carpathia Grange has been beautifully decorated and furnished, and provides a perfect setting for older loved ones to enjoy a great quality of life – and we can’t wait to welcome the first residents.”

The new three-storey care home, which will provide residential, dementia and nursing care, features 62 ensuite bedrooms, and has been designed to enable its residents to live active and fulfilled lives, while also promoting independence. The care home will incorporate space for hobby and leisure activities and will include its own cinema, hair salon and café.
