Westbury-on-Trym care home invites local people to join in festive fun

A care home in Westbury-on-Trym is inviting the local community to join in with a festive community sing-along.

On Thursday 15^th December, from 6pm-8pm, Trymview Hall, on Southmead Road, is inviting members of the community to get into the festive spirit by joining residents and team members for carols around the Christmas tree.

As well as learning and singing some classic Christmas songs together, visitors will be able to enjoy a warming mulled wine and a selection of festive snacks, as well as take part in a tombola and raffle.

Nicole Anderson, Home Manager at Trymview Hall, said: “Here at Trymview Hall, we strive to play an active role in our community, which is why we’re looking forward to getting into the festive spirit with local people and the residents.

“The residents are really looking forward to sharing some of their favourite Christmas carols and this is a wonderful opportunity for them to reminisce over Christmas memories, share stories and meet new people.

“We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone for what we expect will be a lovely evening for all involved!”
