Kayleigh Frulli

With over 17 years at Magna, I lead a dedicated and compassionate team committed to delivering exceptional residential and nursing care. My background in intensive care, elderly care, and stroke care has shaped the person-centred and dignified approach I bring to every aspect of our home.

Having progressed from Registered Nurse to Deputy Manager and now Home Manager, I have developed a deep understanding of our residents, their families, and the local community. I am passionate about creating a warm and respectful environment where meaningful social connections enrich daily life. Making even one person’s day better is what motivates me.

Magna is a relaxed, home-from-home setting, and its welcoming atmosphere is a true reflection of the incredible team I am proud to lead. Their kindness, commitment, and willingness to go the extra mile are at the heart of everything we do.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my large family and making lasting memories together.

With a nursing background and strong leadership experience, I'm passionate about supporting residents and colleagues to ensure outstanding person-centred care.

I believe a care home should feel like a true home, where everyone feels safe, valued and respected. Helping residents enjoy the best possible quality of life is what makes my role so rewarding.

Outside work, you'll often find me walking in nature, exploring new places with my partner and Max the dog, or enjoying photography.

I have spent more than 30 years supporting residents and enriching their lives through meaningful activities, events and outings.

I am passionate about helping residents stay engaged, connected and fulfilled through experiences tailored to their interests and preferences. Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere is something I care deeply about.

Outside work, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends.

I joined Magna Care Centre in 2025 as a Care Assistant before moving into the wellbeing team as Lifestyle Co-ordinator.

I love creating meaningful activities that bring joy to residents and organising trips that help create special memories and experiences.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, walking my dog and crafting, particularly crochet. I also love making crochet blankets for charity raffles, combining my passion for creativity with giving back to others.

I take great pride in my role as Business Administrator and have progressed through several positions within Magna, giving me a strong understanding of how we support residents and families.

Building relationships and helping people feel welcome is something I truly enjoy. I was delighted to successfully complete my NVQ in Business and continue to develop my skills.

Outside work, I love all things Disney and enjoy hunting for hidden treasures at car boot sales.

My career has always been rooted in office-based roles, and working at Magna has been a wonderful addition to my journey.

I enjoy supporting residents and families, helping them understand contracts and financial information while making the process as friendly and stress-free as possible. Meeting new people and bringing a smile to their faces is one of my favourite parts of the role.

Outside work, I enjoy walking with friends and playing strategy games on my iPad.

With 18 years of housekeeping experience, I take great pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable and welcoming home for our residents.

Knowing that I can make a positive difference to residents' daily lives through high standards of cleanliness and care is what I enjoy most.

Outside work, I love arts and crafts, and particularly enjoy baking and creating celebration cakes for family and friends.

I am responsible for maintaining Magna to the highest standards, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents, visitors and colleagues.

With many years of maintenance experience, I take pride in keeping the home running smoothly and helping wherever I can. The best part of my role is knowing that my work helps keep everyone safe.

Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my son, Zak.

Lifestyle

Our dedicated lifestyle teams work hard to organise a range of activities and events at our home. From gardening and baking to quizzes, music sessions and even live entertainment. Above all, we get to know your loved one to make sure our activities are tailored to suit their interests and hobbies.

Home support roles

From catering to maintenance, housekeeping to administration, our home support teams play a crucial part in ensuring individuals enjoy an exceptional and safe service every day.

All our teams get to know each person they care for to ensure they provide a service that’s designed around their unique needs and tastes. 

Infection control

Every colleague receives training in infection prevention and control as part of their induction and updates regularly through online and in-person learning. Our dedicated IPC Champions in each home help embed safe working practices and raise awareness of hygiene standards.
