Trusted to care in Maids Moreton, Buckinghamshire
It is the people who make our home a truly happy and caring one, and at Maids Moreton Hall our experienced team of dedicated professionals all undergo our in-depth training programme. The whole team works to make sure that residents' needs are at the heart of everything they do and that personalised care is always provided.
My name is Ina, I have been a registered Nurse for over four years.
I trained in my home country of Romania and came to England to further my career. I am committed to providing the highest quality care possible. I am a people person and love working with older poeple.
When I first walked into the home I was given the warmest welcome and had an overwhelming feeling of belonging.
My job here is to ensure that anyone looking for care for their loved ones has that same feeling and I am here to help them with their own personal journey. There is nothing that I like better than driving around our beautiful countryside with my husband on our mission to find the best Sunday roast! I also love walking in the countryside with my mischievous cockerpoo Baxter.
I have been a Chef for over thirteen years.
During my career, I have been fortunate enough to work in some lovely hotels across the Cotswolds and I've been taught by some incredible chefs who have worked right at the top of the industry in restaurants such as Claridges and L'escargot. I am a 'foody' - I love all cuisines and there is almost nothing I don't like eating. I thoroughly enjoy working on and teaching people in all areas of the kitchen including pastry. I have worked here at the home now since 2016.
I have been the Home Administrator here since 2019.
I have worked in social care and private care in the community for nearly 20 years. I bring my years of experience from the care sector, supporting residents, families and the team.
I am Jane and I am the Bar/Bistro Manager here.
I really enjoy my job and I like socialising with the residents and their families. I feel I have a great impact on their lives as I am a happy-go-lucky person and help to put a smile on all their faces.
I am the Head Housekeeper at the home.
I thoroughly enjoy my role, myself and my team do our absolute best to keep the home clean, and to a good standard.
I have worked here since the opening in late 2012.
I have been fortunate to have had many roles within the home, including in the kitchen and activity teams. I am now working on reception/admin and enjoy meeting and greeting people. I also enjoy the interaction with the residents as they pass by. I am always on hand to help with you any enquiries.
