Residents and colleagues at Mildenhall Lodge care home, are calling on the local community to join them for coffee and cake in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.
Mildenhall Lodge will be opening its doors as part of Macmillan’s national fundraising event, ‘World’s Biggest Coffee Morning’, on Friday, 30th September, from 10am to 12noon.
Katy Hughes, home manager at Mildenhall Lodge, said: “Macmillan’s Coffee Morning is a flagship fundraising event each year and we’re really looking forward to taking part. Our award-winning head chef, Alan Cash will be baking some delicious cakes for the event and the Mildenhall Lodge team here will also be bringing in their favourite sweet treats to share. All are welcome to pop in and help us fundraise as much as we can for Macmillan.”
