Residents at Weald Heights got back to nature as they enjoyed an afternoon at Knole Park.
The team at Weald Heights organised the trip to the deer park so residents could enjoy the last of the summer sunshine.
Residents took advantage of the acres of sprawling countryside by playing a spot of football, as well as catching glimpses of the natural wildlife in the park. They also enjoyed a cup of tea in the National Trust tearoom.
Maria Covington, home manager at Weald Heights, said: “At Weald Heights, we are always looking to plan interesting and exciting activities for residents and, as so many have a keen interest in nature and wildlife, we thought it was a great opportunity to organise a trip to see Knole’s wild deer herd.
“The residents had a wonderful day, and you could see from their reactions just how engaged and fascinated they were by the chance to get so close to the animals. We’ll definitely be back again for a visit!”
