Trusted to care in Sevenoaks
At Weald Heights care home in Sevenoaks everything we do is personalised to your loved one. Our dedicated team deliver top quality nursing care and expert dementia care. We also offer sympathetic, understanding end of life care, tailored to give you, your family and your loved one exactly what you need.
Our Sevenoaks care home has its own café, hair and beauty salon, cinema and lovely gardens, which enables residents to enjoy a fantastic lifestyle. The home is divided into separate residential, nursing and dementia care suites. This creates a calm and close-knit atmosphere where people can get to know each other, and where people with similar needs can be cared for together. Importantly, residents on each suite enjoy their meals in a bistro-style dining room, where everything is tailored to their needs.
If you’d like to have a natter with some like-minded people and make some new friends then we’d love to welcome you along.
