I am our Head Chef at Scoonie House, leading all kitchen operations to provide nutritious, high‑quality, and person‑centred meals tailored to each resident’s dietary needs and preferences. I manage the kitchen budget effectively, oversees menu planning, and conducts thorough food‑safety audits to ensure full compliance with HACCP regulations. I work closely with my team to develop their skills, creating a safe, engaging, and enjoyable dining experience for everyone. With seven years of experience at Scoonie House, she brings strong knowledge of nutritional needs, including the preparation of modified diets such as IDDSI.

I am our Wellbeing Coordinator at Scoonie House. I promote, plan, and facilitate a wide range of mental, physical, and social wellbeing initiatives for both residents and colleagues. I develop tailored activities based on each resident’s needs, meeting with them regularly to understand their likes and preferences so I can forward‑plan our busy and engaging activity schedule.
