Music, song and storytelling got residents from Care UK’s Tiltwood residential care home in the mood

The home, in Hogshill Lane, Cobham, played host to the Tickled Pink theatre group who performed a festive show for the home.

Home Manager Diana Wiltshire said the show was well received by all the residents.

“It was a really lovely event and the performers did so much, they were here for a long time and there was so much going on.

“Everybody was up and dancing and all the residents thoroughly enjoyed themselves, it was a show full of interaction between the performers and the residents, so we had some people in Christmas hats, some in feather boas and everyone else clapping along.”

Tickled Pink Productions specialises in producing shows that can be performed in care homes and schools and travel around the country to different homes.

“This is the second time they have been here and both times the show has been so well received. It was a great festive experience and got everyone in a great Christmas mood.”
