Trusted to care in Cobham
Tiltwood is a family-oriented and welcoming care home close to Cobham high street. We provide personalised residential, respite and day care for older people, including those who are living with dementia.
Part of our building dates to Edwardian times, which gives the home a sense of character. Your loved one’s bedroom will be bright and comfortable, with modern furniture as well as television and internet connections and a 24-hour nurse call system.
The home is divided into different suites, each of which has a lounge and a dining room, plus a kitchenette. We also have an activity room, a quiet room, a tea room and a hair salon. Outside are secure and spacious gardens, with different interconnected areas for your loved one to explore.
At Tiltwood we support residents to be as independent as possible. Some residents enjoy helping around the home and in the garden, while others socialise and take part in activities together. We run a busy programme of activities, including art sessions, baking, film afternoons and reminiscence sessions.
Our Cobham care home provides a range of care services. All our care is person-centred, meaning that your loved one is at the centre of all aspects of the care they recieve.Read more

There are many different elements involved in being a home manager but by far the aspect that I enjoy the most is walking around the home interacting with residents and their families. Whatever I’m doing day-to-day, my priority is always to ensure we’re offering the best possible care to residents so that they can live a fulfilled life in our home.Kristina JacunskieneHome Manager
