We celebrate Burns Night

An evening of Scottish food and drink, as well as entertainment from one of our favourite singers, will help us celebrate Burns Night on Friday 25th January.

Scotland’s national poet will be celebrated with some Scottish food prepared by our kitchen team and I’m sure a dram or two will be taken by some of our residents.

Mike Ryan, formerly of the Dave Clark Five, will be on hand to provide the entertainment and we are hoping that a lot of friends and relatives will join us for a night of fun.

Activities Coordinator Emily Simpson said: “We are planning some fun and games for the evening, including a Scottish-themed quiz, pass-the-parcel and a specially made caber for tossing.”
