Manager appointed for The Potteries care home

We are delighted to announce that Donna Milne has been appointed to manage The Potteries care home which is due to open to residents this October.

The Potteries, in Broadstone near Poole, will be home to 80 residents and will provide excellent care and luxury accommodation for older people including those with dementia.

Donna, who is a qualified registered nurse, began her caring career working in the medical and surgical wards at Poole Hospitals NHS Trust in 1999. Donna left the NHS to manage a nursing home and has since managed several homes as director of care and spent some time as a commissioning manager for a new build home

Donna said: “I am really looking forward to creating a happy home for residents and a great working environment for employees where everyone can flourish.”

“We are busy recruiting for the new team and are looking for people with a genuine passion to care and make a positive difference every day.”
