A special Remembrance memorial was created in the home’s patio garden, with red wood-chippings and a poppy wreath laid next to the WW1 ‘For The Fallen’ poem.
Davers Court home manager Becky Abbink said: “A lot of our residents are unable to attend a big Remembrance service, so we created our own memorial in the garden where everyone was able to take part in this day of Remembrance.
“It’s very important to ensure all residents and club members remain a part of the local community and that these significant days are marked in our own special way.”
