Easter activities take place at Cheviot Court

Home news

Easter activities were well underway this weekend as the residents at Care UK’s Cheviot Court care home won chocolate eggs in the home’s competition.

Both the staff and resident’s at Cheviot Court kicked off the Easter weekend by making and decorating themed bonnets to enter into the home’s Easter competition.

Linda Thompson and Annie Porter, residents at Cheviot Court (photographed), decorated their hats with their names, feathers and Easter bunny figures.

Home manager, Louise Damms said “The residents had lots of fun doing this and have shown off their artistic talents in their hats. It’s great to see the staff and residents having fun and making the most of the long weekend.”

Erica Hutchinson, the activities coordinator at Cheviot Court said “I have great fun organising these events for our residents. It’s good to find and do the things the residents love.”

For more information about Cheviot Court, please visit their website www.careuk.com/cheviot-court or call 0333 4343 015.
