From 2pm until 4pm, the team at the care home on Tenpenny Hill in Thorrington are joining forces with Kay Fisher from independent financial advisers, Plan Money, and Sacha Tiller, director of Age Legal Services. The free information-led event will provide guidance on funding long-term care and powers of attorney – whether caring for someone in their own home or looking at residential care.
After the event, visitors can take the opportunity to meet the team at Silversprings and to take a look around the care home.
David Martins, customer relations manger at Silversprings, said: “At Care UK, we understand having access to the right information and clearly delivered advice can help families make sense of their available options. We have therefore invited Kay Fisher and Sacha Tiller along to lead this free event at Silversprings.
“As trusted professionals with a wealth of experience in matters surrounding the funding of care and powers of attorney, we are sure they will help to transform the experiences of many who are looking into planning care for the future. All are welcome; however places are limited so I would urge those interested to register their attendance.”
Silversprings is a modern care home which is designed to support its residents to live enjoyable and fulfilling lives. It provides residential care, including care for those living with dementia, as well as respite care.
