From 10.30pm to 12 noon, Nicky Cave from Eldercare Solutions will be on hand at Mountfitchet House to provide professional advice and guidance on the options available to those who may be funding care in the future – whether caring for a loved one in their own home or considering care homes.
Anyone who cannot make the morning session is invited to drop-in to Mountfitchet House any time from 1.30pm until 4pm to meet Nicky and ask questions. Everyone who attends on the day will also be able to meet the Care UK team and take a tour of the care home.
Home manager, Allison Squires, said: “Our ‘planning care for the future’ events are always so popular we decided to extend the event on Wednesday 27th April and include an afternoon drop-in session, so people can come along at a time that suits them.
“We expect the advice and guidance provided will be very well received, and we are hope all those considering the future care of a loved one take the opportunity to benefit from Nicky being based here for the day. Nicky will be more than happy to answer any questions and concerns local people may have, and she will also be able to signpost attendees to further professional advice where necessary.
“We are looking forward to opening the doors to Mountfitchet House to what promises to be an interesting and insightful event.”
