From exercise classes and arts and crafts, to baking and cheese tasting, Jon is always thinking of new and creative ways to engage with residents and ensure they live active and fulfilled lives.
Jon said: “I’m thrilled to have been shortlisted for this award. I thoroughly enjoy my job and find it very rewarding – there is nothing better than seeing a resident smile after taking part in one of my activities.”
Francine Summers, home manager, added: “The National Care Awards is a brilliant opportunity to celebrate the talent within the care sector. We’re so pleased that Jon has been recognised, he is an absolute joy to work with and always brings so much enthusiasm and passion to the role.
